In the later part of 2008, we pivoted towards restaurants and became the company we are today. Prior to the financial collapse, we sold highly allocated wines directly to our network of private collectors. These collectors became a source to buy wines they either no longer enjoyed drinking or had acquired too many to consume. It is this base that allow us to keep buying the everyday wines that restaurants want and the confidence to offer a guarantee on every bottle we sell.
